Client requested a low cost electric driver for smart glass. Within two weeks we developed a working prototype that exceeded specifications.

Product Testing
Client experienced unexpected failures in their fiberglass reinforced pipe. By developing failure mode theories, we were able to recreate the failure and help design a solution.
Chemical Processes
A client had multiple bottlenecks in their system, but did not know which one to attack first. By modeling the system, we were able to prioritize the upgrades based on cost vs reward. The client was able to double the production of their machine for a fraction of the cost of a new machine.
Pipeline Remediation
A client's pipeline was out of service due to excessive wax buildup. Due to the high risk of this line, the chemical treatment had to be exact. After numerous teams prior to us attempting to solve the problem, we were able to recover the line and establish an operating window for continued operation.
